    Absolutely terrible experience!!! I will never buy any LG products just because of their awful service in UAE. I had to call 5 times (in a period of 1 month) till the service man finally came to check the dishwasher. As a result, the dishwasher was taken to the service centre in Mussafah and I have been told that it would take maximum 3 days to get it back. It has been now 2 weeks and no dishwasher or any update on the status. First time: I have contacted the service man who took the dishwasher after 5 days of no news. The answer was: "I don't have any update and I will call you when I have any" in a rude manner and cut the phone with no further explanations or apologies for delay. Second time: called to the call centre on 800 54 and asked if there are any news. The operator told me they will check what is the problem and call me back immediately. Guess what.... of course no call or any further updates again. Third time: call to the call centre ... and the same outcome... no update or any information received. Forth time: call to the service centre in Mussafah. The man introduced himself as a supervisor and said he will call me back with updates immediately. And again.... same story continues... Fifth time, today: Call to the service man who took the dishwasher - he cut the call. Call to the service centre and asked to be connected to the manager. A guy by the name Varughese, who introduced himself as a manager, told me he will deal with the situation. Though I have a strange feeling of the same outcome. If this feedback is seen by the management of LG service in UAE, please take an action to improve your services. It is the worst experience I have ever had!!! The service man name who took the dishwasher is Anil Kumar (LG service centre, Mussafah). Would appreciate any actions taken!!! Thanks.

When you are planning to release their salaries? as they have family members also to support. As a prestige company, please be considerate in releasing your staff and workers salaries as they are a part of the company's success-Concerned Citizen

    TRIO company I do have to admit as much as you have gone on to say how well your employees are treated, respected as such finding out regarding an individual having difficulty (harrassment,entrappment) after the front office(Khalifa city A) was notified the individual was resigning her position at which was given well over a 30 day requirment which actually was told by the MOL,(ministry of labor) it wasn't necessary Question remains why it took so long on front office personel to get to this individual knowing it (apparently) was going to take 7-10 business days to put in there work visa cancelation papers? Conversations that took place was not respected from there position knowing this individual had already arrangements to fly back home permanently stated they must cancel any flight arrangements and extend until they were able to find and train there replacement. Why does someone need permission to put in there notification of resignation if it happens in a timely manner out of respect for the companies standing? its not like you own this person they are able to come and go as they please and if they are needed back home should be able to leave correct? Upper management at this particular location pressures there employees with intimidations, and harrassments because they put it over on the employee under them by saying you need to find and train your replacement before you leave? If so why didn't upper management say anything sooner to this individual after being notified of there resignation? (Khalifa city A) over 30-45 days ago? Need to look into this situation very disappointing and causes stress and aggrivation emotional stress for that employee who did everything asked of them only for management to cost the individual money of flight home by rescheduling which is not there option then if and when possible will the company of TRIO ALLOW THEM TO LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
