Absolutely terrible experience!!! I will never buy any LG products just because of their awful service in UAE.
I had to call 5 times (in a period of 1 month) till the service man finally came to check the dishwasher. As a result, the dishwasher was taken to the service centre in Mussafah and I have been told that it would take maximum 3 days to get it back.
It has been now 2 weeks and no dishwasher or any update on the status.
First time: I have contacted the service man who took the dishwasher after 5 days of no news. The answer was: "I don't have any update and I will call you when I have any" in a rude manner and cut the phone with no further explanations or apologies for delay.
Second time: called to the call centre on 800 54 and asked if there are any news. The operator told me they will check what is the problem and call me back immediately. Guess what.... of course no call or any further updates again.
Third time: call to the call centre ... and the same outcome... no update or any information received.
Forth time: call to the service centre in Mussafah. The man introduced himself as a supervisor and said he will call me back with updates immediately. And again.... same story continues...
Fifth time, today: Call to the service man who took the dishwasher - he cut the call. Call to the service centre and asked to be connected to the manager. A guy by the name Varughese, who introduced himself as a manager, told me he will deal with the situation. Though I have a strange feeling of the same outcome.
If this feedback is seen by the management of LG service in UAE, please take an action to improve your services. It is the worst experience I have ever had!!!
The service man name who took the dishwasher is Anil Kumar (LG service centre, Mussafah). Would appreciate any actions taken!!!

I heard from one of my friend that until now (October 25, 2015), your staff and workers are waiting for their September 2015 salary. When you are planning to release their salaries? as they have family members also to support.
