    Sir good Day and Peace be upon us all... Do you have the exact date and time information still in your phone? Our call center agents indeed tries to accommodate every call they receive especially UAE Nationals. Thus if they get unfamiliar and maybe that moment there were more callers and the agent maybe have had a long day but it is not a reason indeed. Hope you can remember the agent's name.     Dear sir/ madam, pl check in your building there is one person called watchmen not allowing locals to give flats for rent know..its really sad thing..its insult for them...there are so many sharing rooms he made in each flat (17,13,11,10,5,4 th flore) in each sharing kitchen they are 4 to 5 cooking calenders its not save for building if any fir accident happen... so pl take action n respect locals.
